At the center of the briefing was the cowardly terrorist attack on a police checkpost in the Mangi Dam area of Ziarat, Balochistan. According to the DG ISPR, Indian-backed Fitna al-Khawarij (FAK) terrorists launched the assault, but were swiftly cornered by advancing Pakistani security forces.
In a desperate act of sheer brutality, the panicked terrorists executed 18 police hostages . Despite the heavy casualties, the security forces' swift response ensured the elimination of 15 Khawarij terrorists . In total, 9 police officers embraced martyrdom during the heavy clash .
The DG ISPR confirmed that over the past three days, security forces have eliminated 54 terrorists belonging to the Indian-sponsored networks of Fitna Al Hindustan and Fitna Al Khawarij . This reflects a sustained and coordinated campaign of violence directed by foreign handlers.
In a comprehensive statement, the DG ISPR declared:
"Every single one of these terrorist incidents is planned and trained inside Afghanistan, backed by India."
The DG ISPR stated that India is using Afghan soil for terrorism. This is not a theory; it is a documented reality. The military's statement reinforced that Pakistan has irrefutable evidence of India's involvement in the recent attacks in Balochistan.
The Ziarat attack and the broader wave of violence are not isolated events. They are part of India's long-standing strategy of using proxy terrorist networks to destabilize Pakistan. Following its manifest military defeat in the May 2025 conflict (Operation Sindoor), India has intensified its proxy war.
Pakistan's intelligence agencies have established that:
RAW provides funding and logistical support to the TTP and BLA (referred to as Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan by the state).
Afghan soil is used as a sanctuary for planning and launching attacks against Pakistan, with the Afghan Taliban regime acting as a facilitator.
The aim is to bleed Pakistan economically and militarily by creating an internal security crisis.
The DG ISPR's presser sends a clear message: Pakistan has identified the enemy, and the Armed Forces are prepared to counter it.
