KARACHI - The injured terrorist captured after the attack on the Pakistan Rangers Sindh camp has made startling revelations during interrogation. The suspect identified himself as Usman Ali, hailing from Jalalabad, Afghanistan, and confessed to receiving militant training in Afghanistan .

The Confession

In a video statement, Usman Ali disclosed that he entered Pakistan seven days before the attack with three accomplices: Abdul Hadi, Janan, and Umar Farooq . He stated that Abdul Hadi, a resident of Bajaur, was killed during the operation .

The suspect revealed the following key details:

• Training in Afghanistan: All four attackers received military and suicide vest training in Afghanistan under an instructor named Umar Qari . Usman Ali claimed that the group's commander in Afghanistan, identified as Ahrar Maulvi Sahib, directed the operation .

• Entry Route and Logistics: The group entered Pakistan from Jalalabad and stayed at Hadi's residence in Bajaur before being moved to an under-construction building in Karachi . The weapons used in the attack were brought from Waziristan by Abdul Hadi .

• The Attack: According to Usman Ali, accomplice Janan threw a bomb at the Rangers camp during the assault . He claimed that all logistical arrangements for the attack were made before the group left Afghanistan, and that Abdul Hadi knew the local setup as he had previously visited Karachi .

• Indoctrination: The suspect admitted that the group initially could not distinguish between the Pakistan Army and the Rangers, but was later briefed to view Pakistani security forces as "infidels" .

Indian Proxy Network Exposed

Usman Ali confirmed his affiliation with Jamaat-ul-Ahrar, a group Pakistan has consistently identified as an Indian proxy . The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has officially stated that the attack was carried out by terrorists "belonging to Indian proxy, Jamaatul Ahrar" .

Defense analysts have noted that these confessions conclusively demonstrate that the Afghan Taliban regime continues to allow Afghan soil to be used as a safe haven for terrorists plotting attacks against Pakistan .
